There ’s so much to see , so let ’s just jump right in and check out the Asiatic Lilies that are place on a show . These were supposed to be Orange Lilies , at least that ’s what the tag said . I believe they are diminutive Sensation .

I was n’t sure if I care them , but after seeing this impression , they ’re growing on me .
And , here are some orange lilies in another garden area that need to be moved . I desire this passably little buggie boy has no intentions of eat holes in my heyday .

These bright , gay sensationalistic lily are my favorite . I conceive they are petite Glow .
This pretty scandalmongering Asiatic Lily is Yellow Power . I start these from lightbulb in my glasshouse this spring .
Sorry , I get carried forth when it number to lily . We ’ll move on now . Next up is a shot of my tiered garden bed . It ’s a barbarian mess and not at all what I want , but I love it anyway . All the study I did amending the soil is paying off and the perennial are filling in and looking great .

If you have n’t seen themakeover billet on this tiered bottom , take few minutes to discipline it out . It was lately a feature of speech onHometalk . I have to prompt myself that this is only my second full summer gardening here . From experience , I know it takes metre and lots of rearranging for a recurrent bed to come into it ’s own .
Here ’s a little grouping of the pink Asiatic Lilies I bear witness above , along with Blue Uniform Campanula and John Creech Stonecrop .
In the same tiered flower garden are these beautiful Cherry Bell Campanula . She is kind of a prima donna plant and will take over the entire garden if you lease her . I show her who ’s genus Bos and weed her out .

Very shortly I will be partake a post on the makeover of this flower bed , but for now just a few groupings here and there . Here ’s one of my preferent repeated and color combinations : Becky Shasta Daisies , Walker ’s Low Catmint and Orange Asiatic Lilies . I think this picture will definitely be one of my pet Summer Flower Garden pictures . When the lilies are done , the Phlox and the Liatris will take over , and the Daisies and Catmint will just keep blooming .
I shared themakeoverof this garden area I wish to call Hosta Hill last calendar week . Be certain to check it out if you missed it . I ’ll probably share this group again in a future post when the plants fulfil in more .
PIN ITDelphinium really steals the show for a few hebdomad in June . Does anyone have any tips for staking Delphinium ? I just have n’t been successful this year . Even staked they still seem to give away off in our verbose weather .

A pin to divvy up .
Look at the color detail of this beauty .
Another pretty Delphinium .

To wrap up our Summer Flower Garden go , I have to apportion my wonky little raised vegetable bed just to prove I do grow vegetable too . I have bush beans , two types of tomato , 3 or 4 pepper plants , radish plant , broccoli , cauliflower , carrots and courgette plant . We ’ve had lots of rain , so I can almost take in the veggies grow . Do n’t mind the scraggy paths . I ’ll get to them finally . I habituate untreated grass clipping to mulch around the vegetable plants to facilitate control sess in the raised beds .
Happy gardening ,
Julie
