SixOnSaturday
If the forecast is anything to go by , we should see some endearing crisp days , sunshine and blue sky here . I will get a turn of horticulture done in between pigment drying . I know , pretty stone and roll , right ? I did the same last weekend , puzzle an hour of saturated gardening done , cold tootsies being enough to direct me back indoors for a snooze . time for Six on Saturday then , Six things in the garden on a Saturday . Could be anything , a blossom , a line to do , a pest , wildlife , a statue , anything at all . Join in !
Here are my Six for this week …

1 – Echinops . look a but scruffy now , I did n’t quite get to these in my 1 60 minutes of garden frenzy last weekend . This weekend perhaps …
2 – Rhubarb . My biggest clump , thinking about producing shank . hereafter crumble right there .
3 – Clematis ‘ Polish Spirit ’ . New growth from this clematis which I guess I planted about a year ago . It grow quite well and should be vigorous this year , hopefully with plenty of bloom . I ’ll prune it back next weekend .

4 – Debris . I worked tight with the seceteurs last weekend , find quite a lot of glade done . I now have several pot of the results spread out on the lawn . In hypothesis I ’ll cut it all up and put on the compost heap , but in exercise my shredder is not work , it ’ll probably all go in the green bin .
5 – The Hibiscus Border . Now misnamed because I removed the hibiscus and put it in a commode . It ’s a bit of a mass , needs a good clearing away and a bit of weeding .
6 – Lobelia tupa . This was among the industrial plant I cut back on Sunday . At first glance it ’s just a caboodle of deadened stumps but there is new growth at the groundwork . It ’ll grow to 6 or 7 base over the course of the year .

Have a bang-up weekend !
I ’ll be back next weekend with another # SixOnSaturday .
