Last workweek , over 165 troupe united in Ho Chi Minh City for the 2nd version of Hortex . Local suppliers , focusing on the Vietnamese market ; efflorescence player , since Vietnam has a vivid floriculture diligence and export to fence in country ; and external provider , already fighting in the market and look for local partners to mark up a business with . During the exhibition they met up with many Vietnamese grower and outside visitors from countries include China , Thailand , Singapore , Malaysia & Philippines . From Wednesday to Friday the show welcome over 6,000 visitor and our colleagues of HortiDaily were present to make a photo written report .

A serious gang unforced to enter the HortEx Vietnam
Endless opportunities?The potential of Vietnam is unmistakable , but there are challenge in the market . Since the average farm size of it in Vietnam is small and working capital is often limited to grower , the investments focalise on hardware being directly applicable , and a quick ROI : diffuse foils , better variety show & introductory hydroponic output and irrigation systems . With the amount of labor being uncommitted ( a lot ! ) , automation is not a identification number 1 precedency in the rural area . Companies offering these types of solutions have to show the added value of their Cartesian product in term of more consistent results & fewer human mistakes being made . This is expected to change within the next duad of age .

Currently many vegetable growers sell their product flat to local markets or one of the growing supermarket . With uniformity and the grandness of food safety growing , it is expected that Vietnamese horticulture is to develop into a more ripe & technical industriousness .
