Going into college I feel fit and strong , I had gotten into the use of taking my motorcycle to and from town my senior twelvemonth of high school which was a 12 statute mile cycle trip . Then college bechance , partying , the freshman 15 , fast nutrient , and everything else distinctive of a college experience . I definitely feel the dispute and was n’t happy about it at all .
I ended up making a friend that we start going to the auditorium on campus together where they had a pool , fitness class , and gym . Together we got back on track , I begin to see some weight loss which prompted me to get out of partying and clean up my diet . This is really where my love for health and fitness come from .
Another milestone in life story happened and I ended up meeting my , now , husband Matt . At first we eat out quite a bit together and began to gain weight but turn it around pretty quickly by going to he gym together . We did n’t want to work out together but the extra accountability ingoingtogether emphatically made a difference . I would off the syndicate while he did weight unit or cardio .

Grad school was problematical on me emotionally , my anxiety reared it ’s ugly head a lot . So to combat the anxiousness and just get through it , I put my head down , focused on my studies , and used the gymnasium and take the air my dog as an outlet for my anxiousness . It worked really well for me and during that time Matt pop the question which really had me want to get through school and get back home to begin our lives together .
commencement ceremony came and I move back to Kansas , start my life with Matt , and into my first post - grad business . It was an minute commute one way of life though plus I had to journey , which was intemperate on me . I observe my weighting by packing a lunch and getting a workout where I could but the stress decidedly lease a price on me so I ended up switch jobs the following class that fell my commute to thirty moment one way which helped .
Pregnancy and children were also hard on my body . I ’m still working on getting some of the weight off I ’ve held onto since hold my second baby . I started instruct a Body Pump fitness class at our gym which has been bully for me .
