We are attached to creating an inclusive and accessible consequence environment for all attendees . Mobility & Accessibility
The Lillian Goldman Visitor ’s Center is completely accessible and air - conditioned . However , much of the farm land are odd . It is not steep or treacherous but incubate in wood chips or skunk and not paved .
Many shop will take plaza on the lower campus , but some will utilise the upper campus . There is a very steep walking path between the two campuses . We trust to haveATVs availableto help with this rapture . Guests can also labour to and commons at both the down and upper campus .
Restrooms
Bathrooms are available at the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center during its 60 minutes of operation . Gender - neutral restrooms are available in the farmhouse and the seed house during conference hour . Port - a - potties will also be available 24/7 .
Space for Chest feeding and Breastfeeding
There are bedroom available up the stairs in the farmhouse . Please connect with the personal organiser atevents@seedsavers.orgif you require this space .
Low Sensory Space
The farmhouse ’s dry land floor will be used as a broken - sensory and quiet place .
Wifi & Phone Signal
Wifi is usable on the lower campus for guests to use . However , both Wi - Fi and speech sound signaling can be scratchy . A special identification number ofcharging stationswill be available inside the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center .
Food
Food trucks will be on - site to buy tiffin and dinner on Friday and Saturday . A vegetarian option will be available . You are also welcome to bring your own intellectual nourishment to the farm as needed , but outside alcohol-dependent beverages are nix .
Weather & Heat
The conditions can be irregular , but a cool station will be set up in the humbled b . Canopies will also be placed around some of our shop areas for shade . Please wear sun protection and bring a reclaimable weewee bottle . Water bottle fill stations will be useable .
